I am a board-certified neurosurgeon with twenty-five years of practice in general adult neurosurgery. Biomechanical opinions are based upon a BSc (Hon) in Applied Mathematics, an MSc in Physics, and a Ph.D. in Medical Biophysics. I have been retained as an Expert Witness in over 100 cases spanning 17 states with many repeat customers.

Dr. Emily Kalambaheti is the Director of Rehabilitation at Genesis Brain Institute. ”Dr. K or Dr. Emily” has extensive training in functional neurology, clinical neuroscience, and neurochemistry from the Carrick Institute and she regularly lectures on neurological receptor-based rehabilitation. She is a diplomate on the American Board of Chiropractic Neurology, a Fellow of the American College of Functional Neurology, and a Functional Medicine Hyperbaric Clinician.

Dr. Consbruck is a clinical psychologist. He specializes in neuropsychology, medical psychology, and Latino psychology.

He is licensed in Florida and Colorado. He completed his predoctoral internship at one of two neuropsychiatric hospitals in the U.S. He completed a fellowship at a federally qualified primary care clinic. He has extensive experience working with head injuries at every age and with other organic brain disorders (dementia, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, MS, HIV, and schizophrenia).

Dr. Consbruck developed the TGR model in rehabilitation psychology. Which he has published and presents regularly at national conferences. He’s a U.S. Air Force veteran and served as a mental health technician in the treatment of PTSD.

Nichole Venegas is a dedicated mental health provider with a passion for creating a safe space for individuals to breathe, be heard, and reflect on life's journey. Her counseling style is characterized by warmth, empathy, encouragement, and interactivity, employing a client-centered approach. Nichole incorporates various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Therapy (ERP). Nichole is also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified, further enhancing her ability to support clients through trauma-focused treatment.

Dr. Craig Jorden Jr., “Dr. J,” is a dedicated healthcare professional with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University and advanced degrees from the University of South Alabama, where he earned both a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). A board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Florida and Massachusetts, Dr. J is also an Air Force Reserve Captain and combat veteran. His military service enhances his extensive experience in mental health, providing unique insights into the challenges faced by service members and veterans. With nine years of experience in diverse clinical settings, including acute inpatient crisis stabilization, partial hospitalization programs, foster care homes, and outpatient private practice, Dr. J strives to make a positive impact in his community through a holistic, evidence-based approach.

Dr. Brittany Forrester, a magna cum laude graduate of Life University College of Chiropractic, is a diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and a Fellow of the American College of Functional Neurology. With additional training from the Carrick Institute, she treats neurological conditions like autism spectrum disorder, post-concussion syndrome, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, mild cognitive impairment, Parkinson’s disease, movement disorders, and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Originally from South Georgia, she also holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and Public Relations with an emphasis in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University.

He noticed alarming trends in mental health, prompting him to take action. With a mission of "Not One More," he spearheaded the establishment of one of the world's first comprehensive Brain Labs. Gregory's commitment earned him the 2022 Member of the Year award from "Business By The Book" Christian business group. He actively serves on the boards of Tampa Fellowship Christian Athletes and Trinity Security Allies, reflecting his dedication to community service. Through Genesis Brain Institute and his involvement in various organizations, Gregory demonstrates a holistic approach to mental healthcare, blending chaplaincy and mental health coaching to uplift individuals and communities.

As one of the owners of Genesis Brain Institute, Dr. Majorana has played a pivotal role in transforming lives through innovative therapies. His profound personal experience fuels his dedication; when his son was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma at the tender age of 7, undergoing two years of chemotherapy led to severe psychological challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Witnessing the immense impact of GBI therapy on his son's recovery, Dr. Majorana became deeply committed to the institute's mission. Today, his son Jake has triumphed over his psychological struggles, a testament to the effectiveness of GBI therapy, and a driving force behind Dr. Majorana's unwavering involvement with the company.
